Hello dear admins as you can see in my pov this guy was patching his leo friend and was using radio at the same time not once but twice this confirms that it wasnt a muscle flex or anything but he was doing it on purpose.To confirm his id you can see while i was fighting 2 guys you can see the guy who had a vests id which was 29260 and the same guy with same clothes and vest ran to his leo friend to patch his friend and commited PG.
