Dear Uper Admins yester day I opened a forum against 118588 LINK and he only got punished for Fear RP but hes saying obez en top he didnt got punished for GR3.1
Please check the situation
Btw It could need an Turkish admin cause en Top is an GR3.1 on Turkish
