i was stealing a bike and suddenly my game was lagging and a car hit me . and this guy shot me and got into jail. that means he is taking bounty on me not owner of the vehicle. he didnt ask me any identification and just shot me randomly .please check in the end of video

the situation is clearly visible in pov that they didnt ask me the pasport even if pov is lagging

admin said you dont accept laggy pov. but its not the pov that is lagging. it is the server which got lagged.
