- I have been working for Lifeinvader for 5 months without a break and I understand all the processes inside this organization from top to bottom. Despite the initial difficulties in my career path, I have still reached new heights and understand what is in store for me if I become a leader of Lifeinvader.
- I am confident in my ability to lead a team of dedicated and skilled individuals who can set an example for the organization and achieve our goals as well as ready to use my leadership skills for the betterment of this organization.
- Being the leader of the best and only private organization in the city is no easy task, but I am capable and ready for all the challenges Lifeinvader will face and can prove it when given the chance.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Ads Team:
I will improve our hiring process by implementing more comprehensive and transparent evaluation systems. This includes enhanced questionnaires and creating stricter yet fair testing processes. My focus will be on recruiting dedicated personnel for both day and night shifts.
Creative Team:
Building on my successful experience progressing from HOD to current Department Director of Creative, we will be delivering a diverse range of entertaining events that captivate our community and showcase Lifeinvader's creative excellence. I plan to organize more event ideas from our creative team, implement enhanced bonus structures to retain the best people. Our goal is to make Lifeinvader the go-to source for memorable, high-quality entertainment that keeps citizens engaged and excited.
Journalism Team:
For journalism we will hire journalists who are genuinely passionate and committed to producing quality articles. I will be adding new journalism templates and other resources to keep our articles fresh and timely. Enhanced bonuses will help incentivize the department, as well as ensure that the positive morale keeps in tact within the journalism team. Quality storytelling will be our priority.
Goals during my term:
- I will deliver a good amount of entertaining events,
- Keep respect to each member of our organization,
