Dear Staff,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally request a review of the ban imposed on my account 40125. The reason stated for the ban was the use of "cheats." However, in the video presented as evidence, it is clear that at the beginning of the PC check, it was mentioned that I was banned on the English Server 3. At that moment, I logged in and demonstrated that I was not banned.

Following this, I shared a video of an event in which I missed a shot, and it was again suggested that I was using cheats, which ultimately led to my ban.

I would like to clarify that I have never used any software that would give me an unfair advantage over other players.

I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my case, as I truly enjoy playing on this project, which I have been following since 2020. I have been banned for approximately two years now, and many of my friends still actively play. I would love the opportunity to return, support the project, and play alongside them once again.

I am not here to claim that any member of the administration was right or wrong—I simply wish to be part of this server again, contribute positively, and help it grow.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by this incident and respectfully ask for a second chance to continue being part of this community.
