Hi Dear,

I'm making this appeal because I got banned for ER 1.7. I understand my mistake, but I want to explain what happened.

I have a POV recorded, but the problem is that it doesn’t have any sound. This sometimes happens because of a bug with NVIDIA, and that’s what caused the issue. If it looks suspicious, I can also provide my friend's POV, where you can hear my voice during the same session. That way you’ll see I wasn’t hiding anything or breaking any rules on purpose.

The issue is now fixed, and my recordings have sound again. I hope you can give me a second chance or reduce the ban. I promise this won’t happen again.
