I was going to FIB hq but i took a wrong turn and when i was going back a gov employee crashed into me ( its my fault ) but he was driving the Gov org Veichle while being off duty which is Violation of rule of SR 5.11( 5.11 LSPD / FIB / SAHP / NG / GOV / EMS employees cannot use official vehicles for personal use. | Verbal warning.)all in pov
