Approved UB Demand + CR | 149596 + 82128

I was moving around in the city and then I found this guy holding a gun and I told him what's going on and then he become toxic for no reason and then I responded back then He ( 149596 ) gave me demand for no reason literally which I believe should be considered as UB Demand also I got rammed for no reason by 82128 and then they kept following me while leaving and being toxic also which I respond to it back aswell.
