I have experience deputy many time and now i am also deputy and maintaining a gang . I am ready to put my ideas into practical because I genuinely think I can benefit this gang. 3.1 Highway robberies, store and gunstore robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids, and other entertaining gang activities are some of the ways I intend to keep the gang active in city. All of this will be carried out in accordance with the server's rules in order to keep everyone's enjoy the events with proper RP

3.2 When it comes to hiring, I only bring in Members who genuinely understand RP and server rules and regulations and are familiar with how gang operates. Members who can roleplay effectively and avoid Fail RP and Fear RP.

• Experience: I am participating in gangs and criminal activities from a long while. I have experienced mostly every situation and perceptives. I am sure that I can easily handle every situations and events.

• Professionalism: In gangs, I have seen that professionalism in Roleplay lacks behind most of the times. I will teach my guys better roleplaying skills and everything which will contribute to improve the Roleplay level.

• Thinking twice: I have seen higher ups doings things without thinking too much which later on results to punishments or resentments. I will make sure that whatever I or my deputies does have thought twice or even thrice for less or no mistakes and better choices.

• Priority to interviews: The gangs nowadays are hiring guys without even confirming that whether they are able and used to enough about the rules and regulations or server or not. They just invite them after checking his/her age. Some even dont check their age and directly invites them. Which in future leads to rule breaks and deterioration of the image of that particular gang among everyone. I will make sure thats everyone who is in my gang are taken in after interview and they must have atleast basic knowledge of rules.

• A friendly environment in Gang: Mostly all gang posses a bit of toxicity which occurs due to their own beliefs and personality. I am completely against Toxicity. Everyone promises to eliminate toxicity during their term but in the end it all just stays like a fake promise and undone. I am the man of my words and I do what I say. The initiative starts from the leader and higher ups. I am friendly by nature and the deputies who are in my mind too possess this quality. I promise to remove toxicity (if any) in my term and develop a friendly environment for everyone so that everyone enjoys roleplaying.

- I want to apply for this specific gang because Vagos is one of my favorite gangs experience. And would like to take the lead of it.

- I had good experience in gangs/leos and i think finally its the time to become leader of Vagos. which can be a new start for me and Im hoping to achieve many goals in this term.

- Will always maintain good activity. Which will be the most important thing for us in the gang, will always make sure we have good activity and will not let them slip. Will have very hard actions against rulebreakers in this org.

- Lastly, achieving 100% Turf as i have very good and experienced team coming with me. Which is very unique that leader has a turf team already in his gang. That will be my advantage so I will bring only deputies who are doing activity - and not "Turf deputies". That way i can make sure my activity and turf maintain good and active.

- Will top of the top deputies who will make sure everyone in the org maintain activity properly, From the highest to lowest rank in the org. No matter who they are will always keep an eye on those who are inactive and fire them immediately.

- Will always come up with unique stuff, (events, situations, etc..)

- Adding bonus system for members, the bonus system will be that whoever does activity in the org gets money, simple as that. I want all my members to be active including high commands.

- Having proper interview production. Whoever wants to join will have proper interview which will decide what will be his rank in the gang. Past terms I saw many leaders/deputies and even high commands which are doing mistakes by inviting and giving rank to newbies that doesnt know the rules. It's a very common mistake that leads to a disband of a gang. Which will not happen here in Vagos.
