2.1- Taking leadership will allow me to create an extremely large and active community within the Vagos. The first aim here is to have loyal members as well as to form a strong High Command which will be able to control the gang regardless of different time zones. This means that no matter what time it is, we will be seen everywhere with our yellow colors.

2.2 - In order to make the gang succeed, I am going to keep everyone actively involved in something all the time. Personally, I am going to take care of the organization and conduct of daily criminal operations such as the Fort Zancudo heists, store/gun store robbery missions, hostage missions, and server events such as Clandestine. This way, I am going to guarantee that the gang members remain a united team earning a lot of money.

2.3 - One of the biggest issues that most gangs have is that they either get warned or disbands due to the fact that its members do not understand the rules. It is my wish that I become the gang’s leader and put discipline into place such that everybody follows the rules of the server. 3.1 - However, more often than not, gang members take robberies as nothing but counting down until it is time for a shootout. For better RP, I will ensure that our gangsters concentrate on negotiations when robbing stores, gun stores, and even hostage takers. We can make use of creative demands, communicate with the state departments such as LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, and create a suspenseful environment. This will make the experience enjoyable for both parties involved.

➢ I will not expect every member to do everything. Instead, I will create specialized teams for the different responsibilities such as Turf, Graffiti, Robberies, Recruitment, and Event Coordination. When the responsibilities for the members are defined, it leads to more activity and the organization feels structured and real.
➢ All new members will be tested on the basic rules of Fear RP, Gang Rules, Hostage Situations, Robberies and communication before being fully accepted as a member. This way, there is less pointless rule breaking and new members are guaranteed to be adding value from day one.
➢ I will establish a transparent system of rewards. Bonuses will be given for actual participation in events, robberies, graffiti, turf and contribution to the organization. Activity is also my another target which i want to solve quickly and more efficiently and still having more quality then other people and compete them in ghetto and events like store FZ subs etc. Dominating Ghetto causing a mass destruction to the city and let the city feel our wraith which is coming directly towards them by ending as a terrorist organisation.

(2.2) If I ve ever been in a gang I ve also gained quite a bit of experience with gangs For example I Have All Gang Deputy Experience And i gaind lot of exp from gangs i was Deputy leadership positions I was vice president in a family and now I ve founded my own and I think I can most likely lead a gang

(2.3 )My goals are simple make Families the best out of all the other gangs in the city by attending all gang events, creating hostage situations, robbing people, doing Store Robberies, doing Gun Store Robberies, doing NG Raids, making every single other gang and leo's in city be scared of the Green Color . I believe that with the knowledge that I have now I can become a leader. If I get selected as Leader, I promise that I will show respect to everyone and not be bias. I will give everyone a chance, despite their history and everyone will be welcome to my gang. UNLESS they don't know the basic server rules.i have lot of friend who are leader of fam. i sure they come with all members for my term.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


3.1 I will make sure to hire people with proper formal process so our gang doesnt lack of knowledge and break any rules.


3.2 We will try to do max activity as possible with least rule breaks and with proper rp.

3.3 Rank chasers Favourtism Toxicity Gang Hopper Wont be tolerated they would be instantly Blacklisted from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that

3.4 Bonuses will be given as soon as possible so my people dont need to wait that long for bonuses.
