1: Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?:
I have experience deputy many time and now i am also deputy and maintaining a gang . I am ready to put my ideas into practical because I genuinely think I can benefit this gang. To raise the RP level and make things more fun overall, we already have a few plans. i need leadership so i can bring these ideas into RP
2 Stability and Rule Adherence: I have noticed many gangs get disbanded quickly because members break rules (Mass RDM, toxicity, etc.). My leadership style is strict regarding server rules. I want to build a Vagos leadership team that respects the script and the admins. We will ensure every member knows the Ghetto Rules inside out to prevent the organization from receiving unnecessary Warnings/Strikes.
3 In my opinion, the headquarters location of the vagos is easier to protect strategically than the headquarters locations of other gangs, since it is away from the main ghetto, the surroundings of the headquarters are quieter and it is also close to the beach market.

Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.​

1. Strengthening Brotherhood: Put gang affiliations ahead of individual benefit or pressure from law enforcement. I went back multiple times in past terms to help my brothers and close friends through difficult times. In my role as leader, I will make sure that the Vagos put family first at all times, encouraging loyalty and unity in any circumstance.

2.) Active Leadership Presence: The Deputies and the Leader cannot simply be not present We have to be on the ground, helping new recruits navigate events and imparting gang culture to them. This guarantees that all parties are in agreement.

3.) Because highcommands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.
4.) Ghetto Presence:- Using graffiti and turfing, we must maintain a consistent "Yellow" presence in the ghetto The gang will feel more alive as a result, and both friends and enemies will respect them.

5.) For good leadership, only capable individuals will be promoted to deputy positions in my term.

I have learned a lot in both legal and illegal organisations, including various high-command positions. These experiences taught me how to manage members, delegate responsibilities, solve internal problems and make important decisions under pressure. I feel I have been prepared to be a leader and to take full responsibility of an organisation.

I want to build an organisation that is proactive, disciplined and well-organised on a daily basis. I will focus on good teamwork, regular events and activities, good communication between High Command and members and giving everyone a good reason to stay active and contribute to the organisation.
