2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Because I have worked in all legal organizations and now I know most things I feel confident in myself I have been playing this game for quite a while and I believe it is finally time to take action and make a difference That is why im applying for leadership

My aspiration is to assist and guide people while improving RP, all in the context of maintaining a healthy and respectful environment for all

and As a leader, my main focus would be to establish a structured system that balances professionalism, discipline, and creativity


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

It is easy to say but hard to accomplish but i will try my best to improve overall roleplay within NG by making small adjustments so As we know NG is a beginner org for most people I will make sure that they are receiving the best training With the help of HR (Human Resources) And other departments


High Command Task Assignments: To provide experienced leadership at all times in critical situations, I will establish a formal task list for high command members to ensure that there is always someone with experience available to lead.
