The Guy did bug abuse by using Air Horn outside the circle so that the guys who are inside or entering the circle got affected.
As the Bizwar is an OOC event, Whatever happened outside the circle shouldn't affected us. They clearly did Bug Abuse.

Why Somebody waste a Airhorn before any event or outside the circle ?? For just having fun or something else because that guy knew there is bug about this Airhorn that's why he used it when we are inside so we can't react and they target us because they all were using earplugs so it doesn't work for them it only works for us and its clearly a bug abuse

Yeah bro , if Aiming with a Gun meanwhile you are climbing considered as BUG Abuse then why is a Real BUG Abuse should Go Technical Section Like What is a Bigger BUG ? Climbing meanwhile Aiming or Getting Stunned inside in an OOC event that takes Part another Dimension because someone using Airhorn IC out of the event in the different Dimension on Purpose
