i was arresting this guy and the lawyer came and he said to uncuff him so he can get out of sleep, so i uncuff him and he did CL. all in POV.

I have already been put in jail and punished for this. Do not punish again. The officer is not even allowed to uncuff or cuff someone falls asleep.
