Messmer was born in the dangerous streets of Los Santos. He once had a good life, but after his family's mysterious death, he begins investigating the names he finds in a notebook he discovers inside his father's jacket, together with his close friend and lawyer Azuu at the Government. This investigation also leads to Messmer and Azuu's happy marriage. His father was a retired FIB Director and did his job well, but people who took advantage of his good intentions thought they had assassinated him. Every day he spent in Los Santos, he was certain that those who had wronged his father would be punished one by one, and when he laid his head on his pillow and his father's face came before his eyes, the only thing he said to him was, “Take my revenge.” Messmer, though not of the same bloodline, meets people in the streets of Los Santos whose blood has been spilled for the same reasons and decides to form a family. Eagle and Belikov always stand behind Messmer, and together they establish the Königsrasse.
