Hello Lebron,
I was banned by you on October 2nd for violating Rule Allg. 1.1 and I’d like to clarify a few things about the situation. I have never shared or sold my account to anyone. Back then some friends in game told me that I appeared to be online even though I actually wasn’t. Based on that I opened an admin ticket and spoke with the team. I was advised to change my passwords and enable two-factor authentication which I immediately did. When I asked if there was anything else I should do I was told there wasn’t. Unfortunately this was some time ago and I no longer have any proof of that conversation.
As proof of that all accounts belong to me I’ve attached screenshots showing that they are still under my ownership :
I’ve been part of the GrandRP community for quite a while now and I truly enjoy the project. I’ve met many great people and had an amazing time on the server. I would really appreciate it if you could consider lifting the ban and allow me to return to this great community.

I hope this message helps to shed some light on the situation and I sincerely hope to be unbanned so I can continue playing on GrandRP again.
