Dear Administrators,

My name is Bedoo Snow, one of the founders of Family Snow.
I have been living in the city for many years, and recently my accounts (M) and (T) were permanently banned on GR version 1.6.

I would like to sincerely apologize for what happened. I was unable to be consistently active before the ban because I was serving in the military, which caused some absence and misunderstanding.
I understand that what happened was a mistake, but it was never intentional. I also apologize for not having any recorded evidence to clarify my point of view and prove that it was an unintentional error.

I promise that this will not happen again, and I kindly ask you to grant me one last chance to return to the city.
If you decide to impose any penalty or withdraw my funds as a condition for returning, I fully accept that.

I truly appreciate your efforts in managing the city, and I hope you will accept my apology and give me the opportunity to make things right.
