Dear High ups, yesterday, when I participated in Family War for the second time, I started the POV 2 minutes early, and we entered the event. Everything was going well, but the fight was very short, and we lost without even getting a kill. Immediately after the event ended, when I got home, I pressed the ALT + F9 shortcut to record the POV I got from NVIDIA GeForce Experience, and my PC gave me a black screen error. In the previous Family War, I was able to share the full POV perfectly, but this time, when I shut down and restarted my PC, I saw that the POV was incomplete, ending before the fight even started. It really wasn't something I could control, I'm sorry. After the last update of Grand RP, I started getting a lot of black screen errors, and my game crashes. Even though the POV was incomplete, I still wanted to upload it and inform you. But today I saw that I got a 30-day ban for something beyond my control. I'm truly sorry; it was the first time this happened, and I won't participate again.
