Event details (Event cannot be a common event, it needs to be special):
At one day‚ Marabunta leader was moving around the city and having fun with his family‚ in this day he wasn't having any protection unfortunately then bunch of FIB agents who were UC came out and started pushing his family away from him then detained him and then they did put him inside the car and took him to somewhere‚ the Leader's wife called one of his deputies in panic and explained everything‚ the deputy started going to his contacts trying to find out what's the leader location until one corrupt FIB agent informed him that the Leader is inside the FIB HQ in one of the interrogation rooms‚ Being questioned about their activity‚ so the deputy started calling his gang members also other deputies and then went to his contacts again called all other gangs and decided to attack the FIB HQ to secure the leader and let him free from this whether if it will be blood shed or no but apparently FIB called other State ORGs and they won't release the leader through negotiations in this situation‚ LEOs will refuse to release the Leader and the fight will start bet the Gangs and LEOs.
How is the event won?
State ORGs kill Gangs to win‚ Gangs to kill State ORGs and remove the Leader cuffs with lockpick.

400K‚ Will be distributed on the winners.
