Dear Admin,
I’m PandaX, leader of TNX Ottomans. Yesterday, we participated in the Fam War with 15 members. However, the opposing family did not show up, so we were qualified by default.
Afterward, I was discussing POV requirements with Admin via mail. One of our members (ID: 103238) submitted a 4-second POV. Admin informed me that if the opponent doesn’t join the war, a 20-second POV is required, and the player must return to the real dimension. So we submitted a 30-second POV, but the player didn’t return to the real dimension during the recording. Since there was no opponent, the player assumed it would be acceptable and saved the POV as shown.
The second player (ID: 220456) had joined the Fam War, but we couldn’t locate him in the city and he wasn’t responding. I contacted Admin and explained the situation. Admin gave us half an hour to resolve it. Eventually, we found the player and I asked him to submit the POV as soon as possible. Due to some issues with his device and slow internet, the upload was delayed. As we all know, poor internet can significantly affect upload times. I submitted the final POV at 03:01 and informed Admin that it was still uploading. However, at 03:02, Admin replied, “Sorry, time is up already. They can file an admin complaint.”
There is no rule stating that the player must return to the real dimension. My two members were banned under GR 1.7, which states: “All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours.” But both members had their POVs recorded. I would understand the decision if there had been a fight and my members failed to submit proper POVs. But since the opposing family didn’t participate, disqualifying us feels unjustified. Admin also didn’t clearly explain the reason for our disqualification.
I humbly request you to reconsider this matter.
Sincerely,
PandaX
