Leader of LSPD
2-What is your reason as to why you want to lead in this particular organization?
This opportunity to lead this organization is one of the largest because most of the new citizens arriving in the city usually want to join the LSPD, and I want to be the one whom they can look up to, someone who will guide them and help them improve and develop as a team. I want to make a department that can be characterized by growth, teamwork, and respect. I would have people one day look back and say, He created one of the best LSPD teams since the beginning and made it prosper. That is my motivation, to see people win and to make them realize the potential that I can see.
The citizens need somebody who will not fear to take challenges by the throat, who will provide stability, order and pride to the organisation. I am willing to assume that role that is to be a confident, independent, and determined leader. I think that I will be able to restore this department to an arrangement where all of the departments members can be proud of it, as well as all citizens of the city.
Being a leader, I would eventually be in a position to effect actual changes that will have positive impacts on the organization as well as the entire city. I would be able to not only give suggestions but also translate the ideas into a real action, meaning to refine systems, empower my officers, and make them feel that they are appreciated and significant enough to make a difference. To me, being a leader is not merely about the title, it is the role which should be used to make a difference, to offer growth, improvement and change.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My suggestions to enhance the quality of RolePlay in the LSPD begins with establishing a solid base to the RolePlay, which I will accomplish by training, being a leader, and working as a team. I would make it a point to have all the officers, including the trainee and the high command learn how to deal with situations realistically and professionally to adhere to the proper police procedures in all situations.
The other factor would be having professional deputies and command members who are responsible and can lead other people and lead by example. The leadership has a significant influence in the development of the RolePlay standard of the entire organization, therefore I would ensure that my command team will assist the lower ranks under mentorship and active supervision.
Finally, I would emphasize on discipline and respect. What makes a great LSPD officer stand out of the average one is his or her attitude at the time of RolePlay. This emphasis on the standards, the reasonableness, and the continued interest and engagement of all officers may make the LSPD the role model that the entire city may follow in terms of the quality RolePlay.
