First reason:

• Throughout my time being in the city within legal and illegal organizations, I have always put my time and effort into making things right, weather it is hard decisions or not. I am always willing to do to the work that no one wants too. I been in every gang, every Leo throughout my time playing in this city. I have came to realization that I want to do more. the mainly 3 important reasons why I am applying is, I'm committed and determined to always make the environment safer/easier for the community. This also grants me to make sure that everyone in my gang stays strictly clean and makes everything run smooth.

Second Reason:

• Secondly, this help me make Families a safe place for everyone, this helps because it will be a friendly kind environment just not for me but everyone else that is within the gang. this allows me to sort out things from the toxic behaviours that people are having and also fixing the punishments that also given. I can do that by making sure everyone reads the rules and makes sure they aren't being stubborn and doing what they want. This allows me to provide a fun and kind environment that everyone wants to join.

Lastly:

• I want to become Families leader, because like I have stated above. I have been a part of every organization whether its Leos or even gangs. This has taught me the ropes and also given me leadership skills. I am saying this because, when I was in Leos, I was always HC. I made sure that everyone was doing things that are suppose, not messing about doing whatever they want. On the other side of it all, being in gangs it's also taught me to always be ready, I say this because you never know what will happen. It's given me ideas of what I can achieve as leader, from getting 100% turfs and much more knowing I can accomplish it. This has given me the opportunity to rise and show what I am capable of as well. This allows me to make sure that newcomers that are new to the gang know the rules make sure that they enjoy their times and always wanting to come.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Interactions between other gangs, whenever events are happening like subs/ACC and much more
• Making sure my gang is always communicating in organization radio because to me communication is really important because it will allow everyone to know what is happening and how it will go down, knowing that there is nothing bad or nothing will go out of line
• Helping my newcomers learn the ropes being in a gang, from this it will allow them to always bring their friends and so they can learn the ropes as well
• Giving bonuses, this will allow everyone to engage in activities like store/hostage/ highway robbing and much more. I say this because they are knowing that they will get something from it even if they lose or win.
• Lastly making sure that my gang is always on top!
• Making sure that I have reliable deputies to lead whenever I am not there

My goals if I become the leader of Families:

I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

1. 1) Ever since I began my journey in the RP world, I have always enjoyed being a part of something larger than myself a group that actively functions with an intent and purpose in mind. I started off as a regular member and worked my way up within the group to learn the meaning of true teamwork. These days, I see that groups have lost that true feeling way too often, especially families. I want to restore that feeling once again. My goal is not to be "just another leader" I want to reestablish Families into something that people will be proud to express and represent. I have an already solid group of committed members who share and support this vision. We are committed to the process of reconstructing Families into what they were originally created to be.

   2.2) Gang life in the city is not the same as it was much more ego, significantly less unity. Everyone wants to lead and no one is willing to build. I differentiate myself due to this stance. I know what happens when people cease communication, and I know that Families want structure, activity, and loyalty once again. I want to accept this challenge and be an example of discipline, mutual respect, teamwork, and consistency.

3.1) Maintain fairness no favoritism, all must earn their rank.
3.2) Deter toxicity mutual respect should be a requirement.
3.3) Hold weekly RP and training sessions to better performance and teamwork.
3.4) Organize a variety of events to keep members moving and involved regularly.
3.5) Work as a collective unit everyone should be moving together, and solo play will not be allowed during operations.
3.6) Promote based upon loyalty and not friendships.
3.7) Establish a strong High Command of mature and responsible players.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 - I joined Families when I first moved to the city, and it was my first organization. A few weeks ago, I was promoted to deputy of Families and Vagos. I enjoy playing in gangs, and I have many ideas for families to achieve more because I'm a gangster and everyone in the city fears families.​

2.2 - Since there haven't been any active gangs for the previous few months, I will make effort to gain as many members as possible and to avoid favoritism throughout my time. If I do get a term, I'll make sure to do max fz, store robbery, gang raids, hostage, graffti, and other stuff.​

2.3- I have many friends and supporters in my city who will help me during my term. I will form three teams, the first of which will plant solar panels and engage in car theft , hostage other activities to generate revenue and assist families in reaching a more prosperous term. To gather as many gangsters in families as possible to have a successful term, the second team will encourage families among the populace. The third team will help us attack and defend in order to attain 100% turf. They will attend every clands , store or gang raid and make everyone fear from families in city and ensure that we are constantly at the top.​

• I'll Make sure there is No toxicity among the gang to make a Friendly Environment and everyone be together in every situation.

• I'll Give Good Bonus to member as an appreciation to improve the Roleplay.​

1 ) I want to become the leader of the Families gang, especially because I consider them one of the best gangs in the city, and they have a long history in grand rp , which means they hold a special place in my heart.

2 ) I love the Families Gang because of their Green color , which translates to their loyalty. I also love the families hq because it's the most hq near to the ghetto bar, so we can clean up the ghetto and do a lot of activities there (roberries hostages situations , clapping, etc.).

3 ) When I start playing this project I play as a gangster because I like illegal events (activities) which makes me happier than state activities.

4 ) I want to be a leader of an illegal organization because I have a lot of experience in illegal organizations and a lot of history in my life of playing roles.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 ) I can improve the role-playing level to be the most active gang in the city which can create a new image for illegal organizations and new citizens who will love the illegal side.

2 ) I will only invite players who have been in the game for over 5 years and haven't broken any rules, to let the gang safe . I will also hold a special event for my members every week (giving money to the winner) to motivate my members and and make them happy .


3 ) I can bring a good grass team to our gang to do 100%, an active graffiti team to bring 11.5k each of our members, and also good deputies to lead if iam not in city and help me to make it the best gang in town .

4 ) I will also play at max RP to enjoy RP situations (store roberry , hostage situations, robbing the gun store...), and to make it more fun .

i have been part of multiple organization's and i have gained a lot of Roleplay experience's i have been served As LSPD Deputy Chief of Police, 37th Sheriff ( 2 successful terms), Vagos Deputy and now currently i am serving back as Deputy Chief of Police. i had Loved the roleplay of state organization because my maximum part of Roleplay life i have served in Legal Side of the State.
