   (2.1)I want to lead The Families because the day I switched from legal organization to gangs i felt like there is so much potential here which is not being used at all.
   (2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
   (2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Families gang the city has ever seen. I want the cops to get the feeling that "it must be Families" whenever they hear about a store robbery or hostage situation. I want my gang to dominate illegal roleplay.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
   My goal is to make Families worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!

2.1 I have spent most of my time on the crime side of the city and gained a lot of experience. I was the leader of Marabunta in the past and also served as a deputy for various illegal organizations. I learned exactly how to handle tough situations and help my members. I want to use all this experience to lead Families and make it the most feared gang in the ghetto.


2.2 I think Families has a great headquarters near the ghetto which is perfect for doing lots of activities like robberies and hostage situations. There have been some really great leaders for Families in the past who made the gang really strong and I want to step up and reach that same level. My goal is to continue their good work make it the most active gang in the city and keep the ghetto green with our sprays.


2.3 I've seen that gangs lately are very inactive. When I become the leader, I will make sure we dominate the ghetto do our weekly tasks as fast as possible I also want to make sure every member gets a fair chance to experience good RP I already have a team of highly responsible deputies ready who will help me run the gang and maintain professionalism in all situations.

3.1 I will not show any favoritism and I won't allow any toxicity at any cost I will maintain professionalism in all situations.


3.2 I will only invite players who have some previous experience in illegal organizations Before inviting them I will ask basic rule questions so they don't break any rules during our activities.


3.3 I have seen members not getting their bonuses on time in other gangs. During my term I will make sure I give good bonuses right on time to my units for their hard work.


3.4 I am going to try my best to do 100% turf and graffiti I will host activities on a daily basis like FZ raids, store robberies and gang raids to make sure we are the most active gang.

1) As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined all gangs and learned everything about gang also have been high command in all the gangs and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang as i became deputy in ballas and I think families would be the best as it is situated in front of ballas and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by families hq.
2) I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. I will make sure there should be minimum rulebreaks in my gang and keep the gang active 24/7. For keeping the gang active I made many friends from top families, leaders and deputies of past gang who will come and help me and give the proper guidance. I will also keep a huge bonus system by which other people will also be attracted in my gang.
3) I want to make my term the most dangerous gang term ever. Everyone will think multiple times before coming ghetto especially leos before ghetto patrolling. I will assign one of my deputy only for ghetto clapping who will ensure that no one should pass ghetto alive. I also want to do 100% turf like in past leaders have done and get a mikachu hoodie, for this I will find the best turf team. From the starting of my journey I saw that gangs keep fighting each other and leoa have wonderful unity. (2.1) A successful gang requires strong leadership experience to maintain its presence in the ghetto while competing against rival gangs and legal ORGS. With my experience in Roleplay and strategic mindset I am able to adapt different situations very easily and quickly. I believe with my experience I can lead the organization flawlessly. My goal is to create a gang whos gonna dominate ghetto respected by allied gangs and perform consistent while maintaining quality Role Play. The gangsters need a real leader not someone whos sitting on his back while streets go cold and rivals go bold. (2.3 Lastly one of my main priorities will be maintaining a healthy and united organization. I will work closely with my deputies and trusted members to ensure the gang remains active when I am not there. All types of internal conflicts between gang members will be handled professionally and fairly to prevent unnecessary division. My main focus to improve Roleplay level within the organization would be to teach and encourage members to do as realistic RP as possible not through rule breaks or so I will focus on making sure the quality of RP and realistic outcomes remains all time. I would also Introduce my members to gang meeting where we are gonna discuss about internal and external problems which will help us work efficiently together.

( 2.1 )I want to be the leader of Families because reason is that im very passionate about being the leader of this gang to prove myself to the city and the admins!
