-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the The Families because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to go for it because of its popularity but now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make The Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

• I have been in the city for more than 1 year. I have an good experience as a leader, as in I have successfully completed 4 terms in the state side, Which means 2 terms of LSPD and 2 terms of FIB. After my term of FIB, I shifted a bit towards crime side and gained some experience of the Dark City. Now I think I am eligible enough to be an leader of any Illegal Organization as well.
  
• A main reason of me applying for The Families is, I think Families HQ is located at the best place and I have also been in families for a long period of time. I have been here for 3-4 terms. As I said I have been leader of FIB which have thought me how to handle people in special operations. I know handling Gangs is a bit difficult as compare to the State side, But still that knowledge can somehow help me in some situations like FZ Raid and many more.....

• Hiring Best Turfers And Giving Them Good Bonus So Turfers Will Help us In a Situation to escape like Hostage Situation, Store Robery And Also in Even gang raid So We Will Win Easily As per my opinion in gang We Need to give them good bonus so they will active more and our Marabunta Gang will On Top With High Level RP

1. I want to be the leader of this organization because I have been in the organization so much and I know how it operates. My knowledge will help me stay active, organized, and professional, where every member can grow & enjoy their role-play.

1. I served in families Gang as ex Deputy in Talha Dentist term and many times as a High Command, So I know very well how to handle situations and people with good coordination.
