At 0:34, player (188143) started Car Ramming and later at 03:13 killed me and stole my car inside a Parking Space, violating G.Z. 1.1.

Regarding G.Z. 1.3, the player may claim I entered the Green Zone to avoid RP. However, in the attached video evidence, it is clearly shown that I had already chased him away and he was not pursuing or engaging me for nearly 2 minutes (Timestamp 01:10 to 03:10) before I entered the Parking Space. This clearly proves that I did not enter the Green Zone to avoid RP and that the player (188143) intentionally committed a rule violation inside the Green Zone by killing me and stealing my car.
