Please check his bodycam, as he was using an illegal roof. I request you to review his POV because before the event started, I saw him climbing onto the roof. Kindly verify in his bodycam whether he actually climbed there or not. If he did, it clearly violates Event Rule 1.18, which prohibits climbing any illegal roof.
