Dear Bobby and Floki, today we would like to bring a situation to your attention that we would like to have a fair review on.
This report will consist of our Family ‘Wanted’ recently having their unofficial removed with the reason being him calling me an ‘over-smart leader’ who kept ignoring curator calls. In this report I will delve into topics such as how this all started, mine and my family members side of the story and how we suffered, issues we faced contacting administrators specifically Joey Marsh. In this report we will tell you how we never got a second chance, a chance to explain and a chance to play fairly.
First off, I will begin with how we lost unofficial. Here Joey mentions that ‘Wanted’ lost unofficial because their ‘Over-smart’ leader kept ignoring the curators (Not a very professional way for an admin to talk about players who are playing on their project). Firstly, Joey never tried to contact me over anything, instead I always tried to contact him for everything that was happening to us, he took ages to even reply his DMs and when he did his response to all that was “What do you want me to do”, as a leader of a unoff organisation if my own senior unoff curator says such thing, how am I supposed to address anything to him, I was honestly disappointed after the way he said that but I will delve deeper into it explaining what exactly happened further in the forum.
Secondly, I never knew you had to notify an administrator if a player in your family got banned for cheats, as per my knowledge when someone gets banned for something it is known to the whole server so how would the administration team wouldn’t know about it, from playing EN1 this was never something we had to do. To follow this up, we were never told we had to do this. The only thing that I was aware of was if I had a suspicion on someone who might be cheating in my family, I should request their POVs and if it looks suspicious I should inform admins about it. We followed that process and most of the time we kicked people based on assumption. Multiple people we kicked or blacklisted were on assumption of cheating. and as you know in this server to report to an admin you need proof of the cheater which we didn’t have. As Joey said we were a secret society, but we weren’t trying to hide anything.
We will refer back to an old thread to continue our argument, I am sure you will remember in this thread Approved - pov req | 0000. We got banned for being the passengers of the vehicle. At this time, I was worried being the leader knowing I may get punished so I was concerned about the situation and contacted Joey. I said, ‘Joey how does this make sense when I was not even driving the car how can I be punished’. He followed up by saying ‘bug abuse driving inside circle with a car. I didn’t review that please make an admin complain’. And below you can see the continued conversation.
As senior unofficial crime curator shouldn’t he take actions in a professional manner; at the end of the day this is the guy who wants us to communicate efficiently with him his response is’ what do you want me to do’. How can we professionally communicate with someone who has this attitude to a situation where his unofficial leader is at risk of a ban for something he didn’t even commit. As a senior unoff curator shouldn’t he look into the matter more professionally and give fair decisions.
Ironically enough he said I wasn’t responsible enough as a leader even though he interviewed me and deemed me fit for the role. Don’t you think it’s ironic that he said I can’t communicate and take responsibility considering that’s exactly what he did above when my family lost unofficial for something I didn’t even do, it was only when I appealed and Bobby helped me by reviewing and approving the appeal - Approved - Ban for GR 6.23 | Harry Marsh, we got it back, so much for communication right.
Now I will go into depth about the ‘cheaters’ / people who got banned in our family. Below we have another screenshot in a conversation with Joey.
Let’s clear up the deputy situation first. As I said I came from EN1, we are only a small group of friends who came over here, and we didn’t know anyone in EN3. For us it was hard to grow but we took advantage of situations where we could do such as the following: Talha Ennes family lost unofficial after this one of their deputies contacted me when he saw we got unofficial, he said he could bring all his friends from Talha to come play for us in Wanted. We thought this is great news as we knew Talha had a good reputation in the server and considering these guys were playing for like a month in Talha we thought they must be good people who could really help us grow. Overtime this deputy got PC Checked and got banned for Cleaning PC. We instantly banned him from the discord afterwards; we had no idea that someone who was a deputy for over a month in the top family would be capable of doing this. We understand we took a risk but by making him deputy it helped our family grow and this was the most important thing for us at that point. Joey had already told me multiple times this guy was banned while I had conversations with Joey regarding different matters so I didn’t see a reason to report it to him because not that we knew we had to do that anyway as when someone gets banned the whole admin team knows about it. We didn’t exactly hide anything when it’s open to the whole server to see. Regarding other players I don’t see multiple people banned for cheats. It was an honest mistake that has happened to many families in this server. New players come to the server everyday, join families through hotel and we accept new players to help them understand the RP of the server but if they get banned for cheats out of nowhere suddenly how can all family leaders deal with this. We are not PC checkers, all we can do is request their POV and if it looks clean we can’t do anything about it as we don’t have any proof to report it to admins and since admins ask for proof whenever we try to contact them for any cheaters or ban invaders.

As you can see in this conversation, an Ozmens player got banned for cheats and ban evading at this time, this was like the 3rd or 4th cheater Ozemens had in that week alone. As you can see Sinister had the guy banned in the end but let’s pay attention to detail where he said ‘if you have legit proofs send me also send me which unoff family have them I am unoff curator if I find it, they will be removed. Funny enough Ozmens months later still have unofficial, and, in that time, they never lost it. Now don’t you think that we have been treated unfairly? I think that it’s fascinating that he’s dealt with families like this before, but it seems they pick and choose who gets punished.

Yes, we have been POV Requested so many times since we have joined this server, but this comment doesn’t make sense Joey. Providing POV is an essential part of event play and proves to your opponents you don’t break rules or use cheats. Since we have joined this server, it feels like we have a big red target on our back, but we responded professionally and accordingly with no toxicity involved. Now I won’t get too frustrated about this again because we all know this is an absurd amount of reports against us. But there is one thing in common in every single POV request, and that is that we have provided the POV. We have proved countless times that we belong to be an unofficial family in this server by how we play by the rules, aren’t toxic and contribute everyday to the experience of players, Joey stated that we did not tell them that a cheater got banned however , that didn’t cross our minds since our thought process is that the administration is aware of these situations especially the curator of unofficial and the officials PC Checkers such as Bawan, Of course we understand now this is not the case and if we would have known we would have reported/communicated it as we understand now that if this is something that’s required to do it is something we can adapt to.
On top of all this, We have been very cooperative with one of the most active unofficial family in the server other than us named ‘Cassano Brothers’, even though they have been always toxic towards us, targeting us in every situation, constantly mocking us in Prime Chat and constantly reporting us on forums, I as a leader still went to their family members as well as their Leader to lower the toxicity and to tell them to inform me directly if anyone they think is suspicious in my family and provide me with the proofs and I will look into it right away.
Yes, we may have made 1 or 2 mistakes down the line but as I said before this happens in families sometimes it is impossible to be perfect. We want justice, we want the right decision to be taken on this and we want you to understand we are just trying to enjoy the game just like anyone else.
If still after all this Joey or you thinks that this was fully our fault then couldn't we have been warned in DMs or given a family warning so we could've been aware? Instead of removing us from unofficial organization.
Surely, there will be people that will see this and try to type “Not off topic + random comment”, in order to make us look bad but everyone should keep in mind that this is something that needs to be taken care of and clarified, since there is no way that everyone can know if someone is doing something sus or not and getting removed from unofficial just because you were not aware, should not be a standard by any means.
