Hello, I am appealing against my ban for ER 1.7. I understand that this rule is applied to players who are in events or spheres and are required to record a POV. At the time of my ban, I was simply in the vicinity of the license plate location, which was not and had never been an event or active sphere. I was not in the area with any event-related intent or interaction with event staff.
I believe this may be a misunderstanding, as that is a regular city play area and not an event zone. I follow the server rules wholeheartedly. I never would have done anything purposefully against those rules. If my actions were taken in an unfortunate light, I apologize; that was not what I meant to do. I do not wish to cause any trouble or violate any event rules.
I humbly request a review of my case as this ban seems erroneous to me. I really enjoy playing at EN1, and a second chance would allow me to continue to enjoy this community.
