2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be leader of LSPD because when i came into the city and after spending 5 year in city i joined LSPD and learn all the duty the Police employees do like arresting people and maintain the law in the city during this time i have meet a lot of good Police officers and i have a dream to be the leader of LSPD to serve the city and maintain the law in city .
2. I have spent my all time in legal orgs i have served as a LT.General and as High Command In FIB ,SAHP and I have strong communication skills that will allow me to effectively interact with my employees and efficiently resolve any internal issues they face. If chosen as a leader, my primary goal is to transform the city into the safest possible environment.
3.Conclusively I want LSPD to be a skilled, active and reliable organisation that all state orgs can rellie on to be consistently providing activity and duty at all times.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. First, I will work on favoritism. Almost every organization has a common word: favoritism. In my term, I will not be in favor of favoritism. Besides, if anyone does this, immediate action will be taken against them. I will give people ranks only in the promotion ceremony, and the deserving people will only get the rank.
2. Under My I will try to add LI and EMS in every event it will help us to increase RP like a situation. Suppose in a hostage situation I will drop a 911 call for EMS and try to contact LI. LI can cover the news, take interviews, and make it more RPly better. Also, I will train all my units properly about how they can talk with other LEOs and maintain more professionalism.
3. I will ensure that all of my Deputies, Chief of Staffs and High Commands will be active. I will only give these high command ranks who will be active and can manage all the things. Also I will focus on a good relationship with all the other state organizations by sending my units in their special mission to help them.
