I went to the money printing machine,this stranger shoot me without demands, then he give the demands then he killed me.

He Shooted me first without demands 1:44 - 1:47 then he gives the demands 1:49 - 1:53 isnt it ub demands also?He said 1 second in a ub way isnt?
I neither have armor weared or not had a gun in my hand then why shoot without demands????? I didnt also take the money machine also then why shoot without demands????
Isnt it rdm,rules are equal for all isnt??
If giving demands is a rule then why everyone breaking it???When I stand only then he feared and give the demands?

If this is rejected god please give me proper explanation,thanks for your time.
