2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) I aim to bring in a new era of dominance towards the families gang as records in the past have shown the gang has not seen that many leaders that could elevate it to the status that it could be i fully intend to bring fourth better people that know more about the rules and active people willing to help achieve my goal such . With this i have a number of people with experience that will ensure that i remain the most active gang with doing activities such as guns stores daily and 24/7s a lot while also having most of those stores having hostages to ensure maximum rp
ii) I will also be turfing this season as well and in doing so i will want to achieve 100% which is a great thing for me and as for how i will achieve it by bring fourth my very own turf team that is lead by a deputy that know what he is doing and will not mess up my season as well as shooters that i know that will do well and achieve that goal for me . Aside from that there is the profits that i would like to keep at 11500 every single hour and this is where my other deputy as well as i will work to make sure we have a spray team that is not only effective by has the knowledge to keep them profits ours
iii) Lastly i want to be the leader of the gang so i bring back the flames of the ghetto aside from the rp with leos and many events that i will do , i intend fully to run the ghetto by having my boys and i rob the other gangs and have all out gang wars obviously without any toxicity because i feel like us doing this will make the ghetto more alive as currently there is that lack of passion which i will restore
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i will improve the RP by doing hostage situations a lot, and I will do it with other gangs to make the hostage situations special. My goal is to empower our members and the surrounding community, fostering unity and support to uplift everyone associated with Grove Street. I aim to implement strategic initiatives that will enhance our operations, expand our territory, and improve our resources for the benefit of all members. I will make a lot of store robberies and fz raids with other gangs to make the fz raids have a lot more rp than usual. I will make sure to comply with the curator and act accordingly. I will help other gangs to do things like ghetto clapping, fz raid, and hostage, so that the gangs are active and have a lot of RP to do.
