2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):

Passion and Knowledge
By far i have been the most active Highcommand in the last two terms. In the last 4 days i worked for 51.5 hours :) Although the tsunami is at 6 am for me, i always try my best to stay till then for EMS. So all of our lobbies will be in good hands. Also i study medicine at the same time, which means this job is obviously my passion. What i mean with this job is: Helping people out, trying to solve their problems by talking to them and trying to improve the RP level while doing these. I have spent probably 70-75% of my time as a citizen in EMS, since i flew in. It is what i have been doing, since i have known myself.

This was my fourth term and in each one of them i was one of the most active ones. Therefore, i was always learning a lot by being passionate about asking, talking and learning. Also i worked with the bests :) If i started to tell their names, i couldn't finish counting before dawn. Special thanks to Huzaifa, Shinobi, Muzan and Noxtern.
To conclude what i am actually claiming is that, within the current state of EMS, I possess one of the strongest bodies of knowledge and more importantly, i am able to put it into practice and use it effectively thanks to my great English language skills.

The biggest issue we have at the moment is staffing the lobbies in the night. The best way to motivate people to "pre-book" a lobby in the night is probably paying them their well-deserved great bonuses! I am ready to spend all i have to people who volunteer to work in the late night shift. With the help of my hard-working team and the rest of our employees all of our lobbies will be covered 24/7.

Also when their "pre-booked" shift ends, they will be free to leave the lobby and an HC will cover that lobby immediatly, so people will not be afraid of being stuck in a lobby. That will motivate them to "pre-book" a lobby in the late night shift to grab their well-deserved huge bonuses and i truely mean it when i say huge.

This "pre-booking" system will be explained and announced clearly in EMS Emails, to make sure everyone knows what it is and how it works.

My circle of friends
I know the craziest people, who literally sacrificed their OOC lives for EMS. Such as 268231. Once we had a super low amount of medkits in PH and then somehow overnight we made it 24k in PH and 30k in medlab with the help of our team. I am sure with the help of our citizens and "the" former employees, EMS will see its best term ever. It is impossible to fail with such a hardworking team.

Reason 3:
I really want EMS to shine and what i mean is not only a good term. Some people think that EMS is not as important as other organisations. That annoys me a lot and i want to be honored to have the chance to change it. I am ready to sacrifise all i got with the support of tones of people who are backing me up. I have to prove them wrong and i am as ready as my team to work day and night for this cause. I truely mean it when i use the word "cause."
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

In my opinion there are two great ways to get closer to achieving this goal. One of them is the trainings. I have loved our HRT Department and i always will. It is the backbone of EMS and the importance of RP can only be told to people in trainings effectively. Education is always the foundation, then you can continue building upon it. I am currently working on new videos for FTOs, which will cover their trainings. In those videos there will be a speacil section only for the importance of RP.

In addition, the best way to do RP (not to improve it, to do it) is probably being a surgeon in EMS. However, the issue is: There are not many people who knows about it. As the Highcommands (does not matter which department we have) it has to be our responsibility to teach people about it and encourage them to apply for it! The goal is to make people see there are actually great ways in EMS not only to make money but to enjoy RP. After they got used to it, they are gonna love it and tell others about it. The only thing we need is "education." We have to teach and encourage them.

Also i am working on a surgery training video (beside the new videos i have been making for trainees in this term with the help of LI), too! So people can watch it and have an idea about it. Maybe some of them will be interested in! In the term i planned to focus on especially our Surgery and HRT departments while keeping up with the others. (Of course with the help of all EMS employees)
