1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I want to become an Assistant Admin because I enjoy helping maintain structure and fairness in the community. I respect the rules of the game and believe that a well-managed environment leads to a better experience for everyone. Being part of the admin team would allow me to support both the players and the team in ensuring that the rules are followed and that issues are handled respectfully and efficiently.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Crime: Marabunta HC rank 11
State: NG: 2ND Lieutenant
LSPD: Deputy commissioner rank 22

Strong communication skills – I can handle situations calmly and professionally.
Rule knowledge – I have studied and understand the city rules in depth.
Active listener – I take time to understand both sides of a conflict before acting.
Team player – I work well with others and value clear coordination with the admin team.

I tend to overanalyze situations at times, trying to be extra fair. However, I’m working on trusting my judgment more while still remaining objective and balanced.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
-Conflict resolution and mediation
-Fast but fair decision-making under pressure
-High activity and availability during night hours
-A mature and unbiased approach to enforcing the rules
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No major IRL issues currently. I’m able to maintain consistent activity and can dedicate time to support the admin team regularly.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I’m committed to upholding the rules of the city. I understand that being an Assistant Admin means leading by example, staying neutral, and maintaining professionalism at all times. I’m here to support both the players and the admin team to keep the community thriving.
And I’d like to thank the admin team for taking the time to review my application and for the work you all do behind the scenes to keep the city running smoothly.
I also want to mention that I bring strong experience from outside the game. In real life, I’ve been involved in team leadership, conflict resolution, and community management roles. This has helped me develop skills like clear communication, fairness, patience, and professionalism—qualities I believe are essential for any administrative position, even in a game. I believe this experience would be a valuable asset to the team.
