2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- As a gangstar i have learned many thing while doing RP . As i have served 1.5 years as Gangstar in EN2 I am pretty sure that i am the most eligable person to be the leader . As per my knowledge i have the experience of every situation and I have been 11 time Deputy of Gangs in EN2 .I am mature and i know where i need to be more consicious. And after spending these much years in gang know know how gang works. As through serving and learning EN3 rules I am really perfect to leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 . I will not tolerate any kind of Favouritism in gang. If I found that someone doing Favouritism and toxicity He/She will be blacklist from the gang .
2. And My main point is to Hire the guys who is well experienced and Can maintain the good RP level.
3. I will not ignore anyone concern and i will listen to everyone and try to solve the matter ICLY.
4. I will do RP and let my member to do RP every second without any Rule Break !

Complete Term without any warning
Max Graffite Bonuses
Good Relation and mutual respect with curators
Gun store , store , FZ raid and hostage situation everyday.

- I have made very strong connection with in these 1.5 years so with my connections it will be very easy to run the ORG without any conflict.,
