Rejected Officer Used Taser Without Reason in Green Zone

I was on duty and in full uniform inside a Green Zone. Another officer, who was not in uniform, suddenly stunned me with a taser without any valid RP reason. This is a clear Green Zone Violation and Fail RP. Requesting admin or IA review.
Please review the attached footage, especially the segment from 1:50 to 2:00 — it clearly shows the taser being used without cause.
