1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
- I want to become an Assistant Admin because I really enjoy being part of the Grand Roleplay community and helping others. I’ve been in roleplay servers for a while, and I’ve seen how much a good admin team can improve the experience for everyone. I like solving problems, keeping things fair, and making sure players enjoy their time on the server. I’m active, patient, and responsible, and I feel I can bring positive energy and support to both players and staff.

3. What are your strengths?
- My strengths are being calm, fair, and easy to talk to. I’m good at handling situations without overreacting and I try to understand both sides before making any decision. I’m active most of the time, and I don’t hesitate to help players who are confused or need support. I also work well with others and always try to keep the server positive and fun for everyone.
4. What are your weaknesses?
- Sometimes I try to handle too many things at once because I don’t like leaving stuff unfinished. It can make me a bit tired at times, but I’m working on taking things step by step. Also sometimes I get distracted quite easily.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
- I can give the administrative staff my leadership ability, teamwork, and communication. I attempt to treat each situation fairly and remain calm in pressure. I've been a part of the role-playing community for many years, so I understand how to deal with players in a fair manner and keep the server clean and friendly. I like to assist people, solve issues, and ensure players have an amazing role-playing game. I'm highly committed too. If there's something to be done, I initiate and do it myself instead of waiting for someone else to do it for me. I can work with reports, assist new players, and discipline rule-breakers in a polite but firm manner. I'm friendly, fast to learn, and always happy to listen. My primary objectives are to assist the staff and maintain a friendly atmosphere. I am serious about the server because I would like it to become a good citizen and admin Assistant. I am confident I can make a huge impact on the admin team and keep the server fair and fun for everybody through my activity, patience, and experience.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
- No, right now I don't have any issue or situation that could prevent me from being active right now.

- Nothing much just that I take my responsibilities seriously and always aim to be fair, approachable, and professional. I am also quick to learn new rules or updates, and I am ready to work closely with the team to maintain a friendly and engaging environment for all players.Thank you
