Dear higher ups ,
admin Harry Marsh give me punishment of gr 6.15.
Beacuase a guy was stealing my car and i killed him to defend my car without warning.
but according to rules, i can kill him without demands if he stealing my car. here is proof of that car was mine, that guy was stealing with id (48544).
