2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. To ensure safety: SAHP holds responsibility for more than half of the city. From Grand Senora Desert till Paleto Bay. With a soiled team and combined effort of my troopers it will be a easy goal to achieve. With planned highway patrols and check points in crucial areas of the the highway we can create and safe and controlled county.
B. Quick Response Units: SAHP has access to various fast cars to travel around the map. With help of them we will set up a team of quick responders who will immediately to any given situation followed by highly trained S.W.A.T team to rain hellfire on enemies.
C. Maintain activity: As we know SAHP is far at north, it can get boring at some times which may cause low activity. To prevent that we will arrange activities through out the day to boost the moral of every one.
D. Fair treatment: Under my leadership there will be no biasedness. Everyone will be treated equally. If I see any kind of biasedness from any of my high commands including deputies, they WILL be removed immediately.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
As I mentioned that people may get bored or feel left out. To cure that boredom we will conduct many special mission through out the day. With the help of our highway patrol division we ill host check points in crucial counties where we will invite other orgs to attend. Also we can Collab with NG to host check point in NG territory. farther more we can easily provide any sort of backup to NG at any given time.
I will make sure that our troopers are receiving the best training. With the help of HR (Human Resources) and S.W.A.T I wish to host aim practice hostage scenario, for which we can collab with both NG by utilizing their facility as well as with FIB, they can shade light on higher level of tactics and trains.
And at the end I will make sure nether me not my deputies or my high commands will resolve to favoritism. We will keep it clean, fair, straight and strong through out the term.
