we going for family raid . this time (479441) this guy come and he insult me and my family member.then we are give him demand and killed him.

Then why you guys don't start the raid? You just provoking with this guy and giving him UB demand without any situation and kill this guy and doing mass rule break and also deceiving admin.

All in Situation will be given warning for Provoking and RDM is fully Correct. You have no reason here to give any demands, be on the property for any other reason than starting the Raid or provoke the Family there. For Family Raid you Start the Event you do not Start Raid outside also. Nobody of you is even close to the door and intends to start a Raid. Even after you shoot him down you go away from the door again to hold the property.
