Rejected GR 6.15 , FAIL RP | 228178

I was going to SAHP as they was hiring. but this officer 228178 started CR first. and his freind was helping he also tried to stop me. As i am good citizen i also wanna join SAHP if he said to pull over i will stop but you see there was no notification of saying that "Police offers to Pull Over " . Then ahead In POV he shoot me for no reason and no demand. But i stopped as he was at respected "POST" or "JOB". Then he stunned me and gave me fine Of "10000" for no reason. Also I was not wanted ( Not a Single Star ).

TIME NOTE: At 17:11 he did CR with his freind. At 17:13 he first shoot me without demands. At 17:14 he stunned me and Cuffed.

There is no GR 6.15 and Fail RP violation, you are running away from police what do you expect they can shoot you this is IC issue solve it ICly
