Rejected media family information

I’m Calse Stonefield, player N1. We’ve created a media family, but unfortunately, no one has responded to us. Since you’re the highest authority, I wanted to reach out to you directly. We’ve produced multiple pieces of content, and Alasdov, the PR Manager, told us that support would be provided. However, it’s been about 2–3 weeks, and we still haven’t received a single reply. I’m the editor of our channel, and the channel owner has already given up — he quit the game and deleted all the content because no one paid attention to us. None of the RP managers seem to care about our team at all.
