I was just crossing the street when this LEO started firing at me for no reason, even though I was clearly outside the zone. At first, he took a few shots, so I began recording everything. Also, I’d like to mention that the moment I realized it was a BM raid, I immediately left the area and was just observing from outside the circle. But apparently, this LEO is completely blind because I have no idea how a normal city citizen walking along a highway suddenly looks like a ghetto criminal trying to attack them all.

Provide the longer POV of what happen before this and also with your POV it is very clear that it was intentional as you did not leave that area even though you were getting shot at.
