Hi higher ups. I open a forum on ballas in which the Id 148923 did fail Rp he told me that he gonna steal my cash and then he take me as a hostage it's fail Rp but later he said wrong muscle and majestic faiz didn't punish him on saying that he said it's a wrong muscle according to rules it's clearly fail Rp there is no rule that you just do fail Ro and then said it's a wrong muscle.

I also can't find any rule im which there is mentioned that you do fail rp and then say it's wrong muscle. Thank you.
