Respected senior administrator,

Mr. Rich Rogger has punished me for the UB demand. But before I could complete my demand, those people started attacking me. So I was not able to properly finish the demand. And if I had completed it, those people would have killed me.

Also, Mr. Rich Rogger did not give punishment for the failed RP. According to RP rules, after a bad dream/death you should not remember past events but that player, in another POV of mine, is clearly provoking me about the past fight. I can clearly see this is failed RP, yet they were not punished for the failed RP.
