Rejected Fear RP + Gh 1.10 | 212324, 217162

I was sitting in my car and debt collector came to me for collecting debt and I refused to pay, and I came out and I gave demands as per Ghetto Rule 1.10 but 217162 started shooting me at Gang HQ with no demands / my demands 5 sec counting not finished,

Me and Frank Bellic (61373) were aiming clearly pointing at this player 212324 at TS 12:21 but he didnt fear his life and collected debt, clear Fear RP

There are some of his friends those are not related to the situation nor they are working with the debt collector and there are also shooting in the gang HQ, please have a look at this and punish those Violated players
