Hi Jonny,
when I first played the game, I was playing it on my cousin's computer, and I didn't know he had made GR 1.4. Then my cousin got banned because of GR 1.4, so I stopped playing. Then I got my own computer, opened a new Steam account and a Rockstar account, bought GTA V, and started playing. I was so happy. Until I got banned, I only had two accounts on my computer, and I enjoyed playing.
It says cheats in the screenshot but I am not a cheater and I also went to the pc check and you said that I am not a cheater and my ban cannot be lifted.

You show picture banned for cheats and a Rockstar launcher picture. What exactly should there be ruled on?
Cheats are not unbanned.
