I was attending the beach market in my helicopter, I was approaching my typical landing area when I noticed activity below, enuring safety of those around me I hovered and waiting for the area to clear before landing, however I notice a vehicle stopped below me, I moved to a different area however the vehicle followed, you'll notice I slowly drift around to see if this is delibrate or just coincidence. After the car followed far enough away I felt I had enough time to circle around and land to which I did. I did engage the car driver after landing and asked him "why you got to be so wierd", I also informed Admin there was a car in beach market. I advise the driver vehicles were not permitted in the beach market area, I also observed him drive through a crowd of people to remove his vehicle from the area. During the interaction he also wanted to make it appearent that "my mom" was brought up, I also informed him not to discuss relatives of others and he continued and made comments he will use my ID number to get back at me.
