2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- i have always been a fan of crime organizations in city, I love their loving support, community and procedures,
but not all gangs were, when i was exploring the crime side of city, exploring all gangs thats when i found out ballas.
this gang had a wonderful loving community supporting each other at all times while dominating the hoods of the EN1.
-I always didnt like being forced to do something, but on the crime side especially ballas we can chill, do robberies, raid, ECT...
while also maintaining the times which needs to be strict for example like events.
-i loved the gang domination of ballas a lot, it may seem a bit normal but many people know how well ballas dominated as well as LEOs and as well as Gangs.
still now it is well dominating and well doing.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Roleplay is a very unique thing to do, it should always come from our hearts, we would have dreamt of a lot of roles
from our dream lands. this is the chance we will bring it in front of our screens. we should always do it properly. it has many people's
creativity and dreams in it as mentioned, so we shouldn't disrespect it. if i want to improve roleplay level in the organisation
i will add my creativity like code words, special teams, special missions, and a lot more to have a good relationship and interactions in gang
