Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1 – Love for Leadership & Teamwork:
From the start, I’ve always enjoyed working with people and keeping things organized. Being part of NG taught me how discipline, teamwork, and communication can make even the toughest missions successful. I want to lead the National Guard in a way that every member feels proud to wear the uniform.
Reason 2 – Experience and Dedication:
I’ve served as Command Sergeant Major, and during that time I’ve handled training, patrols, and helping new members settle in. I’ve learned how to keep the team motivated, even during quiet hours, and make sure everyone knows their value in the organization.
Reason 3 – Making NG More Active and Realistic:
I want to make the National Guard more alive more RP, more missions, and more team bonding. My goal is to create moments that feel real and fun for everyone, while keeping the discipline that defines us.
My Plan to Improve RP in the Organization:
Bring back weekly RP drills and missions like base patrols, convoy escorts, and rescue ops.
Keep radio communication clean and professional at all times.
Reward loyal and active members with IC promotions and shoutouts.
Work with LSPD, FIB, and GOV to create more joint operations.
Keep the base environment active with daily training and friendly IC competitions.

MP / MP-IA (Military Police / Internal Affairs)
Handles base law, entry security, and internal investigations. Keeps the discipline and ensures every soldier follows the rules.
SASD (Special Forces)
Our elite team, always ready for dangerous or high-priority missions. They respond fast, strike clean, and represent NG’s strength.
Air Force (AF)
Handles aerial surveillance, helicopter transport, and air support during major operations.
HR / PR (Human Resources / Public Relations)
Takes care of recruit interviews, promotions, and helps maintain NG’s positive image in the city.
