I would like to ask why you reported 1685 as he was sitting in a car the entire time and also 131 Isn't in my family plus in your suspect id says 351 so who exactly are you reporting I see rule breaks by 351 and and that it that's it no were does 1685 come into any of this unless sitting in a car at some ones house is against the rules
